THE KINKS
The Kinks were an English rock band formed in the early 1960s, led by brothers Ray and Dave Davies. Known for sharp lyrics and distinctive riffs, they helped define British Invasion rock with songs like “You Really Got Me,” “Waterloo Sunset,” and “Lola.” The band’s clever songwriting and evolving sound have made them one of the most enduring and influential acts in rock history.
