Clarence “Gatemouth” Brown. A blues musician from Texas, he spent his professional career synthesizing Cajun music, country, jazz, R&B, and old blues. Capable of playing a number of musical instruments, including the guitar, mandolin, fiddle, viola, harmonica, and drums. He won a Grammy for Best Traditional Blues Album in 1983 for his album, “Alright Again”.
