“This was a cover shoot for Mixmag in 2009. Shot in Click studios London. Ian if defiantly one of the real full on Manchester characters in the music scene! Every time we’ve meet its been a great experience. On this occasion we had a few hours so we shot a little outside as well as this studio image. He’s an incredible looking bloke and famous for his Mod look and cool fashion so to get the image of the Fur collar was a obvious one. I used a single focused spot light to get this image and i this it really worked here. All shot on film on medium format cameras.
We had such a great afternoon hanging out with him on this job. What a top guy!”
