Photographers note - This is classic young Morrissey. The front of the stage was like a huge rugby scrum so there was no chance of getting any good shots, so I climbed onto the lighting rig on the side of the stage and hid. This was the first time I had shot The Smiths, and this shot along with "Morrissey Bum with Flowers" are what led to the Queen Is Dead album sleeve session.
