Pink Floyd Rick Wright by Andrew Whittuck
Fine art limited edition print of Rick Wright of Pink Floyd by Andrew Whittuck, taken in 1967. Comes with a certificate of authenticity.
Location - Hampstead London
Date - June 1967
Rick Wright was regarded as the quietest and most reserved member of Pink Floyd. This image is from one of Pink Floyd's earliest photo shoots, taken in Andrew Whittuck's parent’s home in June 1967, shortly before the band recorded their debut album. The photo was created using the lighting that they used in their gigs a 35mm Kodak projector with glass slides with a mixture of oil/water and colored ink, heated by a hair dyer close up, so that the ever-changing bubbles of color floated over them.
